being twenty-two.

i've always felt that my soul knows more than i do.

its time for my self to catch up to it now.

its time to gain the wisdom & grow up.

& with billie holiday playing in my head,

i welcome the old feeling of life.

and with love, the clouds moved.

& then the rain came to meet her once again.

the clouds traveled all the way around the earth.

but they came back to where they were needed most.

[and where they needed to be too.]

she danced in the rain.

[for lack of a better phrase.]

& at last,

[with all of her own sunshine intact];

is happy once more.
